What will I be charged for?

You will be charged 1% on all transactions on the platform, up to a yearly cap of CHF 828 (or about CHF 69 per month on average). This yearly cap may change in the future.

For example: if you started using Stairlin in January, and your transaction volume reaches CHF 100’000 in January, you will be charged CHF 828 (not CHF 1’000), and after that CHF 0 for the rest of the year.

What is the transaction volume based on?

The transaction volume is based on the CHF amount of reservations that were attended in a given month, and/or the CHF amount of invoices paid by users during this month.

How often will I be charged?

You will be charged on a monthly basis, unless you reached your yearly cap, at which point you will not be charged anymore until 12 months have lapsed since the first billing period.

(More specifically, you will always receive an invoice but the amount to pay will be zero).

Do you keep my credit card information? Is it safe with Stairlin?

Your payment information, privacy and security is extremely important to us. This is why we are not storing any of this information on Stairlin. In fact we do not even have access to your credit card information.

Your credit card information is handled by Stripe, which is regulated by the European Union and the United States. Stripe is audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Can I stop using Stairlin at anytime?

Yes. You can stop using Stairlin anytime you want. There are no yearly fees or period of time you have to commit while using Stairlin. Simply stop using Stairlin and you won’t owe us a cent.

Bills still open before you stop using Stairlin are of course still due.

Where can I see my billing history?

You can see your billing history by going to: Settings → Billing → Transactions

Then simply open any invoice you wish to review. There is one invoice per month.

How can I change my payment method?

You can change your payment method by going to: Settings → Billing → Payment Method

What payment method do you currently support?

At the moment we only support payment by credit cards. We will add other payment method in the future.

How can I pay for Stairlin if I don’t have a credit card?

If you don’t have a credit card, don’t worry just get in touch with us and we will sort things out: support@stairlin.com

I think one of my invoice is incorrect, what should I do now?

If you think there is something wrong with your invoice please contact us at support@stairlin.com, please refer the month, year and reference number of the invoice.
